More Than Mobile Ordering

Guest Food & Beverage Access

Guests scan a QR at their seat and access food and beverage service in under a minute — no app, no account required. Menu, cart, and payment all run in the browser.

Staff & Runner Fulfillment

Orders reach the right people with the right context. TabPay is designed to support the service team already in place — not replace it or require retraining.

Live Ticket Queue Runner Visibility

Management Visibility

Demand patterns, zone activity, runner fulfillment, and service performance — accessible to management in real time. The operational insight your POS alone doesn’t give you.

Demand & Zone Insight Service Performance

Works alongside your existing operation. Your staff, floor layout, and service model stay intact. TabPay adds an ordering and visibility layer. Integration approach is scoped to each venue.

Payment & compliance. TabPay does not store or process payment card data. Payment workflows are configured around the venue’s existing infrastructure or a third-party processor.

Analytics & Operations

One Platform.
Multiple Perspectives.

TabPay’s ordering layer generates operational data across every transaction — giving different departments a view into the hospitality experience that matters to them.

Gain greater visibility into how orders move from placement to delivery — helping management identify bottlenecks, recognize strong performance, and improve service consistency.

Guest Experience & Player Development

Ordering PreferencesRepeat PatternsPreferred LocationsRepeat Guest BehaviorPersonalization Opportunities

Where properly connected to a property’s guest or loyalty ecosystem, hospitality ordering insights can help teams better understand guest preferences — without TabPay needing access to confidential gaming activity.

Example

A known guest regularly orders the same beverage from the same area during Friday evening visits. Hospitality teams can use that preference insight to create a more personalized future experience.

Player development capabilities are dependent on the property’s approved identity, loyalty, and privacy configuration.

Why It Matters

Improve Access.
Support the Full Service Flow.

An ordering channel that fits where guests already are. Less friction between demand and fulfillment — without changing the staff model or operational structure already in place.

Capture More F&B Demand

Guests who can't flag a server can still order. Demand that was previously missed now has a path to fulfillment.

Clearer Order Flow

Guests order when they're ready. Orders enter the service workflow with location details and modifications included.

No Operational Rebuild

No retraining, no operational rebuild. Your staff model and floor structure stay exactly as they are.

$13.5Krecoveredper zone / month

This is demand already on your floor — guests ready to order food and beverages, but no server in reach. TabPay helps close that gap. Actual results vary by floor size, venue type, traffic, and service model.

FAQ

Common Questions

Answers to what operators typically ask before a first conversation.

Guests access the ordering experience directly from their seat — nothing to download or create an account for. Designed to be frictionless from the guest’s perspective.

Staff receive orders through a dedicated display showing real-time queue activity by zone. The specific setup is configured around your property’s infrastructure — discussed during our scoping conversation.

Integration is scoped to your property. For venues with an existing POS, we discuss compatibility and the best approach to route orders efficiently. TabPay is an access and visibility layer — not a POS replacement. The right fit is determined by your actual setup.

TabPay requires a standard internet connection — the same one your guests already use. If connectivity drops, the ordering interface becomes unavailable until it’s restored. Your existing staff-served model continues as normal in the meantime.

Timelines vary by property and are discussed during our first conversation. We typically start with a single zone to keep the initial footprint small. Configuration is handled on our end — your staff don’t need technical training to use the platform.

TabPay does not store or process payment card data. Payment flows are configured around the venue’s existing infrastructure or a designated third-party processor. Processor ownership and compliance responsibilities are determined per deployment.

Age verification is handled per your property’s existing compliance procedures at the point of fulfillment. TabPay facilitates the ordering flow; your team applies its standard verification practices before item delivery.

No. Pilots are structured without long-term commitments. We believe the right way to demonstrate fit is to let operators experience the platform in their actual environment first. Pricing and any longer-term arrangement are a separate conversation, once you’ve seen how it performs on your floor.
